In my opinion, JM Bullion is a great company that has more products than you will likely ever need. This makes it’s a unique option in the world of precious metals. Other companies might only offer gold and silver, but JM Bullion offers gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper, jewelry, and much more.

Another thing that really stands out to me is the customer service. If you need an answer to a question, I guarantee they can assist. Communication is important to me, and being in direct contact with a customer service rep is something I really appreciate.

The company has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and other sites, including TrustPilot and Consumer Affairs.

Though there were some complaints that I found, it seems like JM Bullion is responsive and will refund when necessary.

I like that every shipment is insured, that I was never waiting around for my order to ship, and that everything was handled in an efficient manner.

Even though this is one of the most unique investment tools I have found, and it makes buying and selling precious metals easy, it might not always be worth it depending on the fees.

What does this mean? It means that the more you own, the more you pay for storage. Other companies typically charge a fixed dollar amount. First, there is no cost to open an account from American Hartford Gold. Other firms do charge an application fee or setup fee, but AMG does not.

However, there is an annual fee of $75 to $125 depending on the amount in the IRA account, and a $100 fee for storage.
